Badge Usage Guidelines
Badge Tiers
ATF Self-Assessed (Levels 1-4)
Awarded after completing the free 30-question assessment. Indicates your organization has evaluated its AI agent governance posture against the Agentic Trust Framework.
Valid for 6 months. Retake assessment to renew.
ATF Verified (Levels 1-4)
Awarded after formal validation by MassiveScale.AI or an accredited ATF assessor. Indicates your organization's governance has been independently reviewed and verified.
Valid for 12 months. Annual revalidation required.
Display Rules
Approved Locations
- ✓ Company website (footer, trust page, about page)
- ✓ Security documentation and compliance reports
- ✓ Sales materials and RFP responses
- ✓ Product interfaces (settings, admin panels)
- ✓ Email signatures (text reference only)
Prohibited Contexts
- ✗ Implying ATF endorsement of your product or service
- ✗ Modifying badge design, colors, or proportions
- ✗ Displaying expired or incorrect level badges
- ✗ Using as primary marketing imagery

All displayed badges must link back to your verification page:

Expiration
Self-Assessed
Valid for 6 months from assessment date. Retake the assessment to renew. Previous results are not retained.
Verified
Valid for 12 months from verification date. Annual revalidation assessment required to maintain badge.
Misuse Policy
Displaying an ATF badge you have not earned, or continuing to display an expired badge, is a violation of the ATF Badge Usage Policy. Consequences include:
- • Formal notice to remove the badge
- • Public listing removal from the ATF Registry
- • Ineligibility for future ATF Verified assessment for 12 months
